I am a owner of Little Ysera. She is about 1 and half years old and has had a terrible turn of events when she turned about 1 year old. Slowly overtime she begun to lose the function of walking. Watching this progress was heartbreaking knowing she was a kitten running having fun to basically being bedridden for possibly the rest of her life.
We do not have any answers from any vets we have seen. I've spent about over $3,000 dollars trying to actually get an answer and have failed her at finding an answer. Vets now want to put her in a MRI machine which is dangerous as cats have to go under anesthesia but the problem is the MRI test is going to cost a Minimum of $6,000-10,000 to start not medicine or any help after the test. Some veterinarians think its Cerebellum hyperplasia and others think its something wrong with her back.
