When someone gets incarcerated what happens to the animals? They get taken to shelters, i want to be the alternative like a home away from home and nurture them until the rightful owner returns. Need land and facility.

when pets are left behind they are taken to shelters that say they save the animals, but how is euthanizing 50% or more of them saving them? i need $ to get a plot of land and build a huge facility to house the animals left behind with zero tolerance for euthanasia and adoption will be figured out after having spoke with the rightful owner. NOT A PAW LEFT BEHIND wants to be the home away from home so hopefully the animals will be alot less stressed out. we also eventually want to have a program within the jails/prisons that if there is good behavior, possible eligibility to see their animals face to face for a portion of the day.( still figuring out this part)
