Who is a tester, and what is his job?

A tester is a specialist who checks the quality of software and its compliance with requirements. It looks for and documents defects so they can be corrected. It is important to understand that finding all the bugs (one of the principles of testing) is unrealistic, so the task of testers is to minimize the number of errors that reach us.
