hello my name is Alexis I am a mom of a handicapped little girl who is undergoing a big surgery in July that I have to miss work to be with her and where I will not be able to pay our bills due to her being in the hospital for more than 6 weeks! This would put a big stress relief off my shoulder to where I can focus on my little girl.
