As a community, we have the ability to promote real change and healing for those who need it most. As an organization, we want to help our communities thrive and we envision everyone playing a role in that. Through our WORK program, we help individuals released from jails and prisons to re-enter the community and with ways to contribute and be a part of that process too.

The Workforce Orientation & Rehabilitation Kickstart (WORK) program gives these individuals a chance at rejoining our communities, our neighborhoods, with purpose. We do this by first tackling mental health issues and substance abuse through research based therapies. The next step in the program is life skills and job skills training. Teaching pivotal skills necessary to obtain employment and become a contributing member of society.

Our facility garage is designed to teach mechanics and construction, but we also have a full kitchen for cooking lessons as well. We have strong partnerships with other small business owners to also provide job placement for those who are ready to join the workforce again and contribute to our society.
