Pocono Plateau - God's Place Apart, Transforming Lives! - is a ministry devoted to teaching children, youth and adults about the Grace and Love of God through recreation and challenge. Over the past decade, our most rustic site - the Adventure Site - has undergone some significant changes. We've added cabins to each site, and a new bath house. One thing that has been missing since the cabins were installed are screen doors to allow for proper ventilation. This was never an issue when we had tent flaps, but we're now in need of a solution...
All net funds raised during this campaign will go towards the purchase and installation of screen doors similar to the one pictured on this site (includes all materials and hardware). Quotes for specific costs have already been secured by camp staff, but have been upgraded for the second leg of the campaign to include the cost of two screen doors per cabin!

Here's where we are - the first day of the campaign saw an amazing response from our Hill veterans. We raised our first goal immediately, but realized shortly thereafter that our original quote only included one screen door per cabin...there are two doors. We've adjusted the goal, and now we're heading back out for some additional support! Spread the word!
