The Beauty To Empower Project

I am honored to use my platform as Miss Uganda America and the Ms. Africa America Angel to do the work that needs to be done to empower my people of Uganda. To empower is to give the authority of strength and emancipate someone aiming to control their lives and claim their rights. We face serious health, housing, and education crises here in Uganda. My goal is to reverse the effects of said crises. By building trade schools, we will provide under-educated adults with professional, transferable skills while simultaneously transitioning their families from unsafe, unhealthy living conditions to safe, secure manufactured homes. Our graduates will build safer communities and re-surge the market in Uganda, as we’ll have countless numbers of trained professionals entering the workforce. Beginning with construction, we will train adults with a combination of specialized classroom instruction and enriched on-the-job experience. As we expand we will house numerous sustainable industries such as agriculture, electric, education, international affairs, public health, community development, etc. to continue to empower our people and communities in all aspects. Your donation will directly support funding for our first training facility that will be located in Basoga region.
