Burns Family for food and bills after work injury

My name is Todd Burns and I am asking for your help. I recently hurt my back at work and am unable to work in a physical capacity. This has left me unable to pay for our utilities and house payment. I have been in physical therapy twice a week for the past 3 months, but I am still unable to do any physical work.

As a result, I am 3 months behind on my house bills. I owe over $3,000 in rent, utilities, and other expenses. I am facing eviction and I am worried about how I am going to support my family.

I am a hard-working person and I have always been a provider for my family. I am not asking for a handout. I am simply asking for your help so that I can get back on my feet and support my family.
