We are raising money for the Canadian Diabetes Association because there needs to be more awareness and research on diabetes.
I (Deanna) was diagnosed an Insulin Dependent Diabetic when I was 17 years old, and diabetes has changed my life and that of my family. I would love for people to be more aware of what diabetes is, what has to be done to control it, and help to work towards a cure!
