First off, thank you very much for checking this page out! In my book you are already a great human being. Love you. If you're financial standing allows for it (jobless student dilemmas), please think about donating. :)
Here's the jist of what your generosity could/would go towards:
I will be travelling to Nicaragua this summer with 12 other classmates and 2 adult supervisors. We will be volunteering and working with disadvantaged kids and families in Nicaragua, Central America.
Nicaragua is a country of great need. We will be helping families there who are striving to have clean drinking water, learn healthy habits, attend school, and increase their overall standard of living. The work will be done in the small rural village of Chinandega for seven days in late May. We will join local Nicaraguan children and their families and help them work for a better life.
We are seeking sponsors for the work projects and seeking funds to cover the cost of materials and transportation for our trip. We really need your help!!! We will give by going, but we can only do so if you go by giving. Any sponsorships or donations will contribute directly to our trip and the mission of our program, Amigos for Christ.
