We are half way there! We are so excited that we have reached $2500 in our challenge donation of $5000. But we can't stop here. We need just $2500 more! The city of Nashville and Middle Tennessee continues to increase in diversity, while also increasing in racist-driven bullying from our adults and, even more frightening, our children.
The Global Education Center, the premier multicultural, anti-bias arts education center in Tennessee, has received an outpouring of calls for our services from teachers and parents who are trying to keep their children safe from the rise of hateful rhetoric.
Now, more than ever, our mission of promoting cross-cultural understanding and respect through the arts of diverse cultures is needed to help us to create a generation and a community that values love over hate.
Please help us raise much needed funds to increase the number of people and children that we impact and to continue high quality, interactive programs in the arts that aid in dispelling myths, dismantling stereotypes, unlearning biases and alleviating fears.
