The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) have caused a lot of people pain and suffering and loss of income and work for many families and individuals who live paycheck to paycheck and have no back up plan, when future generations look back at this difficult time in our history I want them to know that we came together and helped one another.
I’ve started #EmployeesRelief Fundly and twitter account to help people pay bills, rent and other expenses. Here’s how it works:
1. If you’re short a few hundred bucks or more and can’t make rent, have unexpected bills, or you're in a tough situation because your hours were cut or you lost your job, tweet at (@employeesfund) reply to this thread your CashApp or Zelle.
2. I’ll post all transactions in this thread so people know exactly where every dollar is going.
3. If you’d like to join us and help people who are short this month, donate to this Fundly Page.
Let’s come together and help as many people as possible.
Can we get to $200,000? That means we’ll be able to help 500 or more people and families during this difficult time.
100,000? That means 300 or more people and families that will be able to make rent and cover emergency expenses.
