Hello,
My name is Tyneshia. I live in North Carolina and I am 35 years old. I am African American. I have a high school diploma and went to college online for a year. I am a highly energetic and motivated cook. I love cooking Italian and Southern Comfort foods. My dream is to open my own restaurant, named Tyes, Metal House of Seafood because, in the kitchen, I am a woman of steel. My current goal is to purchase a food truck, on wheels, that is drivable and, the name of my food truck will be Tyes' Chicken 'n' Fish.
There are lots of outlet centers with heavy foot traffic; that will allow food trucks to park for a fee; so those are the locations where I will park my food truck; while notifying customers on social media where I will be located each day, as well as in person. I naturally, intend to go to areas where there are not as many seafood restaurant options. I will be selling fried chicken and fish plates in small, medium, and large sizes. Each plate will get a side, a roll, and a complimentary bottle of water.
My menu will have sides like fried collard greens, ham hock boiled cabbage, mac 'n' cheese casserole, corn on the cob, and fresh rolls. My dessert menu will have banana pudding, made from scratch, sweet potato pie made from scratch, and homemade cakes. I am hoping to raise $50,000.00 to pay for the truck, a lawyer, and all the documentation and licenses needed to run a successful food truck.
I have cooked for my family and co-workers and I even have restaurant work experience in my work history. Cooking is in my background and food is what brought me and my family together. Food knows its way to the soul and is the perfect way to make a new friend. I get lots of compliments on how good my fried fish, baked spaghetti, cabbage, collard greens, meatloaf, banana pudding, and baked ziti taste. I am currently unemployed. I have filled out plenty of applications but none of the ones that can pay all my bills schedule interviews.
I currently work as a door dash driver and that doesn't pay all the bills either. I am a hard worker. As I have said before I am motivated. I am also consistent and persistent. I work well under pressure and when I want something I work hard for it and I get results. If you invest in me I am sure to give back the result of 100% hard work, dedication, and profitability as expected.
I know Tyes' Chicken 'n' Fish food truck will be a success because I have my own authentic season methods that are sure to sell thousands of plates a day!
