About Me

I love to fix and build stuff and so volunteering for Habitat for Humanity is a real joy and passion of mine.  I have been volunteering for Habitat for Humanity for over 25 years building affordable housing all through the Midwest states of the USA.  Since my first blitz build project in the summer of 1997 in Detroit, Michigan it has been a dream of mine to participate in a Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project.  I am very excited to have been selected to be part of the team that will be heading to Nepal to build affordable housing for people so desperately in need of our help.  If this cause resonates with you too, please consider making a contribution to help me raise my part of the funds to support this work project.  Thank you

More Info

These Habitat for Humanity volunteers will travel to Nepal and build alongside President and Mrs. Carter in our annual Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. Please support these team members by donating and sharing their stories.

Together, we can bring homes, community and hope to families in need in Nepal.

Help families in Memphis build strength, stability and independence

Despite Memphis’ rich history and culture, nearly 1 in 3 Memphis residents live below the poverty line, and about 1 in 10 Memphians have an income at 50 percent or below that level.

Together we can make a difference!

President and Mrs. Carter will join the people of Memphis and hundreds of volunteers to build and revitalize the Uptown neighborhood just north of Memphis’ historic downtown. Your generous support will ensure the success of this project.
