It is with a heavy heart that I create this fundraiser.
On, September 12th, Heather and Addy's lives changed forever with the tragic and unexpected passing of Adam, Addy's dad and Heather's co-parent. As many of you know, Addyson has complex medical needs and Heather is Addyson's primary caregiver. Adam provided the majority of their financial support, and it is our goal to help Heather with all emergency expenses until a more permanent solution can be put into place.
