Urgent!!! Billy needs your help!!! They threw him into the street and gouged out his eye. The man decided that street life and starvation were not enough for this poor dog, so he severely hit the helpless dog. The poor dog fell, then began to bark, wanted to hide and ran towards us. Now Billy is in the hospital and needs an operation. We ask everyone who is not indifferent to help our little friend.
