I got an assignment in class to make a change in the world. As part of that assignment, I chose to help homeless veterans in the state I am currently living in, Minnesota.

Thank you for supporting this cause, AND veterans around Minnesota! Last Friday, on the 4th of March, I gave the funds raised to the CEO of MAC-V, Kathleen Vitalis.
Did you know that in 2013, 57,849 veterans were homeless each night? Or that homeless veterans made up 12% of the total homeless population in 2013? When I look at these facts, I feel disappointed, that the heroes of my country, the United States of America, are homeless, and living on the streets. That's why, I decided to make a difference. All money donated will go to the Minnesota Assistance Council for Vteranse or, MAC-V. This way, more veterans are able to feel cared for. Thank you, for helping, not me, but this nation's homeless veterans.
