Hello, my name is Irvin Dinkins I reside in Philadelphia, PA. I am a Notary Public currently working out of my home office. The name of my business is Presidential Notary Service. Although I do not have a problem with meeting my clients in my home. At times it puts the rest of my family members at a disadvantage because they have expressed that they must stop what they are doing to accommodate my notary client. So I think it's time for my home business to find a professional office space where I can conduct notarizations for the general community at large. I have located what I think is the perfect office space for my notary business. I am raising funds for first and last month's rent + security deposit + funds reserved for six months' rent payment that totals $2,000.00 I am offering to add a Donor's Appreciation Wall for donations of $50 or more when our goal is reached. The Donors Appreciation Wall will be located in a prominent place in the front foyer of the office space and include your name or business name typed in a bronze nameplate.
