More Info

I was diagnosed February 2, 2017 in Bemidji, Minnesota. I went to Denver, Colorado for treatment my first year. Then came back home. I chose to go to the Roger Mairs Cancer Center In Fargo, North Dakota because that is where my Internal Medicine doctor, Neurologist, and Rheumatologist are all based. I previously had taken pills for my Cancer. Last January I was in Remission. Now it has come back with a vengeance. My pleura, which is the air space in your lungs, has filled with fluid. Which is making it difficult for me to breathe. They put a tube in my lung so it can be drained every other day. I started Chemo on January 30, 2020. I took a leave of absence from JCPenney, as I cannot work. I provide my own transportation to and from Fargo. I am asking for your help with transportation, meals, lodging and keeping up on my bills while I am not working. I wish to thank everyone for their support during my most difficult time. Life has ups and downs and with wonderful people who are willing and able to help those in need are truly a blessing! Thank you!
