Growing as a Youth Leader

Hello, my name is Adan Velazquez, I am 24 years young. I am currently looking for a job, but the process of looking for a job is a bit difficult because of my involment at church. I took many leadership roles at my local church, and the only real thing I want to do is to help out the youth of this generation and everyone else. I am trying to grow spiritually, physically, and mentally , and financially. The Lord has been doing wonders in my life, and all I want to do is learn more and to teach others what I have learned. If anyone would love to donate 1.00 that would be amazing and would be a great blessing onto me and onto you.  

I am trying to attend a few conferences, that will teach me how to be a better leader and to grow in my ministries that God has opened doors for me.
