In 2021 I decided to return to school to finish my bachelor's degree. I chose Arizona State University because they have an excellant online Forensic Psychology program. I have been thriving in school and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Unfortunately since I began, ASU has increased tuition costs twice. If I can't pay for Spring semester, I cannot graduate. I'm a first generation, non traditional student. Up until this year I had been living in a US territory and working in the hospitality industry, but decided I wanted a more fulfilling career. After graduation, I plan on pursuing a graduate degree and working in justice reform with the purpose of helping to prevent wrongful convictions, and creating programs to help reduce criminality. In my down time I work in a research lab where I study juror perception of forensic evidence, and I volunteer with the Crisis Text line, helping people in their darkest moments.
