i need $ for a surgery. when i was out of the country they found a tumor after several test. i came back to the usa, and i went to hospital and they told me a i need more test. i dont have insurance. i need it out help

so, I was out of the country, and I felt something was wrong so I went to the doctor, after several test they found a tumor. The doctor told me that it had to be take out because it was growing. so I came back home to the USA, where I don't have insurance.so i went to the hospital hoping i they would find it and i would have surgery. when i went they did some test and it didnt show nothing, and they mentioned that i would need additional on my own expense, so they sent me home. i know i need to have that removed, i feel it and its very uncomfortable. please help
