Help Ramchandra Timilsena return home

I came across this video where a poor Nepali family was weeping and crying because one of their son or husband or brother went Arab to earn money to pay off his family's debt and to provide his family. He worked as a driver there and unfortunately involved in an accident. We all know accident happens. He has been in prison since then and will only be released until and unless he pays Rs 35 lakhs within 39 days to the victims family as compensation who was killed during that accident. I am not related to them but just wanted to help. I understand what victims family might have gone through and my condolences to them but it was not intentional, it was just an accident. Already one family is torn apart but again keeping another son or husband or brother away from his family and country is horrible. His family don't have that kind of money to pay compensation as they belong to a poor family and the only reason why he went abroad to work is to pay off his family debt and provide them.
