Due to new Florida Insurance roof law, we must obtain a new roof & get our homeowners insurance reinstated before the bank forecloses for breach of contract. Roofs must be under 15 years old and ours is not. We have other repairs that need to be done as well. The insurance company has given us basically a list of changes to homes that are to come. A new roof is extremely expensive, and no roofer will start a contract with us without a substantial down payment and our insurance is requiring proof of contract with roofer and dates roof will be done. We have received 2 notices from our mortgage company about the foreclosure option if we do not obtain a new roof and homeowners' insurance. It was in our original documents signed back 30 years ago when my parents bought the home. We were under the impression (from our insurance company previously and mortgage company) that they would add a liability insurance that covered our home if something were to happen, on their end, just not on ours. So, we would lose all personal items. Come to find out, that is something they are currently doing, but we are still in breach of contract.

My Mom works part time and I currently take care of my daughter with zero child support, so things are extremely hard. Anything is greatly appreciated, and prayers are even more. Thank you so much.
