Naomi needs help with rent this summer! After many months of housing instability, she has the chance for a long-term lease in a safe apartment. This will give her a safe base to transition, job hunt, and heal.
Naomi is a DC-based Black trans woman who has been navigating housing instability and trauma for many long months. This summer, she has the chance for a long-term lease in a safe apartment with her emotional support dog, Snow. She needs help covering the deposit and first 2 months' rent, as well as short-term housing costs until she gets on the lease.
Your donation will help Naomi get to a safe home base where she can pursue gender-affirming surgery, search for a job, receive community care and support, and heal from trauma. If we go over our goal, funds will be used to support other living costs like groceries and medical costs.
