NW Syria earthquake SAMS Fund.

A strong 7.8 earthquake hit south Turkey and North Syria today and caused major damage to the infrastructure and collapsed buildings in an area already suffering from a horrific humanitarian crisis due to protracted conflict.

The earthquake caused hundreds of causalities and many people are still trapped under the rubble.

SAMS facilities in NW Syria have been providing medical and surgical treatments to the victims of the earthquake treating hundreds of seriously injured men, women and children within the last few hours. Unfortunately the scope of this natural disaster is way beyond our resources and capacity. Our doctors and nurses are overwhelmed and the supplies are running short. And on top of that 4 of our large hospitals were damaged by the earthquake and are out of service.

We are asking for your generous donation to help the victims of this earthquake, purchase medical supplies and medications, recruit extra medical help, repair and rehab our damaged hospitals including two busy maternity hospital that deliver more than 500 babies each month.

Our doctors and nurses are willing to work tirelessly until all victims are healed but they need your support
