I need your help to treat my dad for sclerosis (ALS)

I am currently in college and my family does not have the funds to support my dad with this disease. He, Manuel Gonzalez is young, he is 45 years old and he has already been diagnosed with ALS, it has been very difficult for us since my brother and I do not work to be able to help him. The treatments are very expensive and we need help. My dad is a person full of dreams still, besides what he likes the most is to play soccer, if he gets worse he won't be able to do it anymore.
