We are raising money for Jake, our hospice rescue. Jake has an enlarged prostate, with a likely diagnosis of cancer and is in need of medication, diapers, and diaper overalls to keep them on!

Jake was originally found wandering the streets by animal control with a note attached to his collar. The note said his original owner died and he had nobody left to care for him. It also said he liked tennis balls and soft food. Jake was brought to the Brevard County shelter where technicians noticed blood in his urine and stool. Testing indicated a very enlarged prostate and a likely diagnosis of cancer. Touch of Grey pulled Jake into our Rescue and placed him with a wonderful hospice family where he is playing with his tennis ball, and squeaky toy, and enjoying lots of love and attention. The only problem is that Jake is still leaking from both ends because of his prostate, so he needs to wear a diaper. We tried superman panties over his diapers, and even though he looks adorable in them, they just aren't working to keep his diapers on! We were made aware of the perfect solution - diaper overalls from Barkertime! These are amazing garments that go over the diaper and make it virtually impossible for him to get them off. However, these overalls cost $75/each. The cost of diapers, overalls, food, and medication to keep Jake comfortable is an estimated $500 over the next couple months.
