More Info

Kayleb Moon-Robinson is a 6th grader in Virginia on the autism spectrum. During what was a difficult day for him, he kicked a trashcan at his middle school. This set off a series of events in which a school resource officer attempted to arrest him and unbelievably, this 11 year-old boy with a disability ended up charged with both disorderly conduct and felony assault on a police officer.

In response to this unfair charge, I started a petition calling for an end to the unjust prosecution against Kayleb and over 151,000 people signed it! Now we want to deliver these signatures to the prosecutor in Lynchburg, Virginia before Kayleb's court date on August 31, 2015 -- but we need some help to make it happen.

I live in Texas, and getting to Lynchburg, Virginia is expensive. We also need to print the petition signatures and signs. Those costs add up. Can you help us make this petition delivery possible?

Delivering petition signatures in person can have a big impact! We’ll attract media attention to Kayleb’s case and show the prosecutor and the Governor of Virginia how much support there is for the prosecution against Kayleb to end.

All of the funds we raise will go directly to this petition delivery, which will happen NEXT week on August 27, 2015. Any amount you can donate will help!

Thank you!
