Kellie's Ice Cream & More

Our names are Kellie and Alyssa; two sisters in relentless pursuit of their dream to become business owners. 

We're starting small! We are preparing to open up a small ice cream shop in the Hudson Valley (upstate New York) this upcoming spring. 

We've been working with members of Kirchhoff Companies on a project called Eastdale Village. Essentially, this is a self-sustaining, walkable community. This means that residents live in a development where food, entertainment, fitness and even childcare are all just footsteps away from their front door. 

Our ice cream shop sits on the perimeter of an outdoor common area that will be the home for events like tree lighting ceremonies and live music. 

We both have a love for getting to know our customers and being able to be a part of their memories and their everyday lives. We look forward to building relationships with the residents and workers of Eastdale and partnering with our fellow nearby business owners. 

This is a project that we simply must be a part of but we need your help! Help us raise the money that we need to purchase our equipment and our inventory. Any amount helps!
