3-Part Plan to Restore Liberty in America.

1. End the Fed, Go Green Instead

Whoever has the money makes the rules. [Golden Rule, second entry]

To restore liberty in America, we must end the Fed and go green instead with a credit union that is clean, green, citizen-owned, and fully transparent.

With the Credit Union of the United States, we will get off of oil, out of oil-wars, invest in renewables and organics, and split the profits with the people instead of with the bankers.

Specifically, our CUOTUS will enable...

1. Invest the $8 trillion balance sheet for people, planet, and profit: renewable energy, organic farms, sustainable fisheries, conservation, and restoration projects instead of oil, oil-wars, and oil-debt.

2. Make every American a Millionaire with a $4,000 Freedom Dividend, by splitting the profits with the people instead of with the banks. 

We conservatively estimate that the Federal Reserve earns at least $1 trillion of annual profits from our spending. $1 trillion divided by 330 million Americans is $4,000 per person per year from birth until death.

Every American will be a millionaire when compounded at 4% to age 65, and by 40 when compounded at 7%.

3. Slash the cost of healthcare

Healthcare is a human right. It's also very affordable with clean air, fresh water, healthy organic food, transparent pricing, and competition.

The $4,000 annual Freedom Dividend may be accessed through the Universal Savings Account (USA) which will consolidate retirement, healthcare, and education savings accounts into a single account.

Shopping for health services will drive down cost. We, the people, and government will split the savings. You will be reimbursed for expenses up to $4,000 provided the cost is at or below the average expense. Shopping for service in excess of $4,000 will generate a national healthcare savings dividend which will boost personal and budgetary savings.

2. Pass a Void for Vagueness Amendment

All laws will be clear, objective, and easily understood by the average American in accordance with the 1926 Void for Vagueness Doctrine. 

To ensure objectivity and accountability to the people, we will declassify and open source government.

3. End Qualified Immunity & End the War on Drugs

The CIA Act of 1947 provides immunity to all intelligence personnel for all activities. This is where "qualified immunity" originated. We will repeal the immunity clause from the CIA Act of 1947 to restore accountability in government.

Victimless crimes, such as drug laws and most gun laws, are unconstitutional and biased against people of color and the poor.

We will legalize cannabis and decriminalize all drugs to eliminate black market funding opportunities; to get people out of prison, off the streets, off the pills, and back to work.
