I have struggled with my mental health for so long.. I was diagnosed with depression anxiety years ago but recently PTSD, adhd and an “unspecified mood disorder has been added to the list.. I just need a break and to be able to seek the help I feel I need. I need time to rest and refocus but it’s impossible. I work 7 days a week as I have to jobs and I’m still struggling. Funny thing is my main job is with a health insurance company yet I still can’t afford to get the health care I need.
