The North End Dog Park has been officially completed and opened for a year! We have learned a lot of what it takes to keep the park maintained and running smoothly throughout the year. During our Spring fundraising campaign, we are asking you to help us meet our fundraising goal of $3K.
What your donation will help with, from the large investment to the day to day…
Inner gate replacement and brick work: $10,000+ (we hope to receive additional grant funding to cover the bulk of this work)
Turf Cleaning: $630 per wash, 7-10 a year
Waste Bags: $1,800 annually (roughly 300 bags per month)
Security System (monitored by Boston Police): $5,000
Seasonal needs- winter water pipe maintenance, shovels, salt, Adirondack chairs, doggie bowls
Free park events for members (Santa Paws, etc): $500
