My name is Attallah (Aht-tuh-luh), I'm an artist of all mediums but my favorite medium is painting and jewelry making. I'm 30 years old and I'm a Mom of one. I am on the Autism spectrum and I do have ADHD as well as C-PTSD.
Recently, as of 2 years ago, I started my entire life over. I lived in Delaware for 10 years against my will, I was physically abused, threatened daily , verbally abused and overall , treated like my life didn't matter all by my son's Father.
I relocated to Maryland in August 2022. I've been working part time jobs since.
Inflation is really hitting me hard, buying groceries is becoming more and more expensive lately. The cost of living is rising very very high. Saving up for an apartment on a minimum wage budget for myself and my son feels nearly impossible.
Right now, I'm staying with family, I'm trying my best to save up to move out and finally be able to afford life..I'm trying my best to keep my head above water but it feels like I'm drowning.
Coming onto this site is my last resort.
I'll use the donations towards getting a used car, a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, groceries, pay off bills and my credit cards.
