Need car help-transmission ( had strokes)

Had 3 strokes & 5 heart attacks while living in south florida-2017-2018. I am  here (back in the northeast, unfortunately) recovering on a disability income,very small check & my transmission  blew out on my jeep on my way to an important heart doctors appointment, I never made. I am in real need of help because I am still currently disabled  & do not have a job or can do my business or additional have income now. I would not wish this hell on anyone. Totally disrupted my life, understanding, no one gets through this life unscathed. On a positive note, My fiancee2wife soon in the Philippines-- Charlie & I have written a book on my ordeal. It will be out soon. I am not the kind of individual  to sit back & watch things happen. Part of that spirit was learned in my military service of both Navy(1st) & then Army; I can wear both hats, lol.  Please help. I truly appreciate  it. Anything is much appreciated  to reach the goal.
