Update #3

Update #3: Much to update you on and to thank you for your continued support.
First and foremost, we have expanded our fundraising efforts to provide relief to the cyclone battered areas of the Bengal delta, particularly Sundarbans, home of the Bengal Tiger. There has been much loss of lives and livelihood in the region and KSCH has already begun relief efforts by providing food and other resources to begin the rebuilding process. If you would rather donate to one or the other effort (Kolkata vs Sundarbans), please let us know when you make the donation.

Secondly, we have received several endorsements from celebrities, beneficiaries, governments and media. This includes and is not limited to Alia Bhatt foundation, Faye d'Souza, Don Bosco Park Circus, Aajkal and Protidin. In addition we have received official permission and endorsement from the Govt. of West Bengal to carry on our work for COVID relief.

So thank you once again, please spread the word and continue supporting us.

More Info

Update #3: We have expanded the fundraising to include relief work in the Sundarbans. Cyclone Yaas has left immeasurable losses in the region and we have already begun relief work in the area. Your support is truly appreciated.

Update #2: With the cyclone season upon us, the Sundarbans are particularly vulnerable. KSCH has launched a floating ambulance in the Sundarbans. There the KSCH volunteers are taking the patients to the hospital with oxygen support.

Update #1: For those in India, if you want to donate directly to KSCH  please send me a message.

Dear friends,  I am thrilled to be partnering with my friends at Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage, http://ksch.org.in/, to raise funds to provide 100 oxygen cylinders for COVID19 patients.

Funds raised will be used to procure 100 47-liter O2 cylinders @ Rs. 30,000/unit . They have already created 3 dedicated helplines (24-hr) to receive requests for O2, 24 volunteers have been allocated to receive orders and deliver cylinders. They have also partnered with a factory to refill the cylinders free of cost and redistribute.
