Help Us Open Our Doors

With your help Uniquely Yours will become the first of its kind in Hyde Park, NY and possibly Dutchess County. 

Uniquely Yours is a co-creative partnership. My partner, Khalliah Murphy, owner of Lady K’s Southern Comfort and I,  Kori Raishon Founder of Double EE Productions, LLC, are the two creative business owners that have been brought together to create a raw event space for artists, business owners, and individuals.

Uniquely Yours is a space where you brand your event, create lasting memories and experiences that are uniquely yours. 



We are seeking your help to open our doors in time for your summer events and fall holiday parties. 

We are blessed with a space that is in need of some tender love and care. With your support, we are looking to renovate the following.

• We are gutting the bathroom and replacing the fixtures, installing new tile walls and floors, new mirror and lights, and painting the walls and ceiling white.
• We are painting the walls white and the door and window trim a light gray in the main rental area.
• We are replacing and leveling the floors for easy flow from the office area to the main space. 
• Improving the office/food serving area with a new coat of paint.
• There is mold in the storage room. We will be replacing the sheetrock and adding lighting in that area.
• We will need to purchase a refrigerator, tables, chairs, and a desk.
• We will also need the operating services like phone and wi-fi. 

Khalliah and I are taking our business to the next level. Khalliah is a wife, a mother of 6 and a restaurant owner with raving reviews. She will cater the various events for our clients as well as our in-house productions. 

Kori Raishon has an extensive and multi-faceted career, of 25 years, working in the entertainment industry, as a live event and video producer for independent artists. Kori will bring his creative ideas to Hyde Park. He is also an author and an advocate for Love and is looking forward to conducting workshops and reads. 



The event space is available for rent to various creatives, business owners and to individuals that are celebrating life.  Services will include digital media and marketing for artists and business owners that are looking to expand their reach.The plans are to have the doors open for a soft launch June 15 and for the grand opening July 5, 2019. Those that donate towards opening the doors will have the option, when renting Uniquely Yours, to deduct their donation from the cost of their first rental or first year's membership fee.
