I am a plant-based/vegan chef looking to start a family run food truck. My main focus is to provide ethical alternatives options for those in a specific area that I've noticed a very few if not zero options, Concord, Suncook, and Manchester. I've lived in New Hampshire for the better part of 5 years and I have eaten and cooked plant-based meals for 15 years. Since being in these areas of New Hampshire, we have been to and expensive the limited vegan restaurants as well as went to places that were so exclusively vegan but had those options available. As a family of plant-based eaters, we understand the need for exclusively options as to not worry about the possibility of cross contamination. We wanted to introduce the idea of having possibly a feedback-based food truck where we could either have a constantly rotating menu of items that those ethical and healthy eaters have not seen before or items on the menu that stay consistent, like crowd favorites. But we wanted to stay in direct communication with the community and have their input. This is something that we had been looking into for a long time and really didn't have the guts to do. We finally decided to give it a shot, so we would love it if you would spread the word and be a part of this journey with us! We do appreciate the support no matter how it comes.
