Please help this sick kitten

A week ago, we found out blake, a very otherwise healthy cat, has a uterus infection. At the vet today, we were told that there are only two options, surgery, or euthanasia... Not even being about to bare the option, here I am. Our bill came out to an estimated $700+ with being cut as many deals as the vet could.  With just getting approved for a house for our family, finding out that we are pregnant again, I can't imagine Blake not being there for this part of our life, but our financial situation is stretched so far this that affording this surgery seems impossibleI know this is just after the holiday season and money is tight for everyone, but any help is much appreciated.
