What makes me an expert on Caregiver Burnout?
As a DSP or professional caregiver, and with many years of experience in various other forms of caregiving, i have to be in compliance with the latest information on caregiving in order to maintain my licensing. So according to my transcript I have completed 95 training modules in various fields of caregiving. I inculcated many of these skills into my 4-week training program.
Why we desperately need your help!
Your funds will help us launch our business so we can support caregivers suffering from burnout throughout the country. We also need help for the following reasons:
1- My dedicated team and I have worked tirelessly and volunteered many hours to help create our program to support caregivers in need of our invaluable tools. As CEO, in addition to investing thousands of dollars over the past 4 years, I am also a 3rd shift worker for another company. This causes me to work around 60-70 hours a week for a regular job, as well as volunteer hours for my organization SHS&S. My limited sleep and time have forced my staff to complete tasks and responsibilities that require my attention as CEO. This is causing me to lose valuable business opportunities. Therefore, your funds will help me quit my 3rd Shift job and concentrate on the business.
2- As mentioned earlier, your funds will help pay salaries for myself and my team of 6 for 4-5 months and pay for supplies and expenses and have extra funds available for emergencies as we completely launch our business.
3- From the funds we receive we will give 20 people an opportunity to go through our training program for free! This will help us monitor and support them to demonstrate the benefits of our services.
4- We will also use the funds to pay rent and utilities on a business facility we plan on purchasing in the near future since our organization presently is virtual.
