Retaliation for Reporting Discrimination

Hi,

I was working remotely due to the company I was working for sold their office and we were waiting for the new location. Well I already had been looking for a new place of employment due to the loads of unethical behavior! I finally had concrete evidence to prove the discrimination after my “coworker” used the derogatory name that starts with a “F” on a recorded phone line. Today I was told that not only it was I laid off due to their not being enough business, but also the work I have worked done remotely I will not be paid for. I have already called the appropriate department of labor to leave three voicemails so far this morning I will keep persisting so I can make sure that the retaliation claim goes through. Obviously, my boss saw an opportunity to let me go. This is out of the twilight zone episode. if anyone can please help I normally would not do this.
