Owned by Devin Pickel and Richard Barney, who have 28 combined years of retail experience, they found a common interest in the industry in 2023. Seeing the immediate lack of championship-level competition, they rapidly began planning to expedite the expansion and growth of the sport in their hometown.
Shieldwall Axe Lanes' mission will be to provide premium axe throwing experiences for ALL by providing the highest quality equipment, merchandise, services, and venues at the most affordable price. We'll also provide fun and games with projectors from Axcitement - where axe throwing meets state-of-the-art technology! We will be able to accomplish this faster with your help. With your financial donations, we will bring the WATL experience to Grand Rapids and help build a safe, inviting, and exciting axe throwing community!
