More Info

Jewish overnight camp ignites a spark in a child’s life. YOU can fuel that fire! Donate now, and the family of Susan Arnovitz Saltz will match all donations up to $20,000 in honor of her memory.

Susan loved camp as a child and throughout her life looked forward to camp reunions. By sending her own children to camp, she gave them the chance to create their individual memories. This year, to honor the memory of Susan's passion for providing children the opportunity to attend Jewish overnight camp, Susan’s daughters, Shauna Grosswald, Dara Grant and Jessica Sacks, and her brother and sister-in-law, Eliot Arnovitz & Phyllis Kozarsky, have offered a generous match of up to $20,000.

By giving to Federation’s #StartACampfire campaign, you help make it possible for a child to experience the joy of being Jewish and create awesome life-long memories. Children who attend Jewish overnight camp are more likely to become adults who value their heritage, engage in their communities, and take on leadership roles – laying the foundation for strong Jewish communities.

Federation provided:

  • 336 needs-based scholarships in 2017
  • 375 One Happy Camper incentive grants in 2017
  • 2 million+ in financial assistance to Atlanta Jewish families since 2014

Be a part of building a strong Jewish future for tomorrow – donate, and double your impact.

Then share why you love Jewish camp! #JewishCamp, #StartACampfire.
