The "Great Resignation" of 2021 really opened some eyes. Some companies realized we're not going to work 80 hours a week under an ever-growing pile of work until we die. Even with all of the talent out there looking for work, the demand is still increasing. But we can fix that problem!
And last but not least, I have a passion for people. Tech is super cool, like... ridiculously cool, but people are so much more wonderful and incredible than any tech I've ever seen.
All funds raised here will go to helping bring real change in people's lives. We're here to show people that there are more productive ways to make money while contributing to society and staying out of trouble.
