Surgery for my dog

I am asking for help. On Monday a company cut my grass. I have used this company for the last year, but they change contractors all the time. They left my gate open and my puppy, Ammo got out on Tuesday morning and was hit by a car. The driver of the car also did not stop. He claims he closed and bungeed my gate. Ammo now requires surgery estimating $6k Any and all help is appreciated. He is scheduled for Tuesday.I’m raising my grandson and this is his service animal for his severe anxiety if you can’t donate please share .
