The Miles Project
The Miles Project is a 24-Hour event, hosted on June 1st, 2024, to raise money for the AACR (American Association for Cancer Research). It will be hosted on the Paul Adams Field at Deerfield High School in Deerfield, Illinois. The entry fee will be $10 per person, with further donation opportunities during the event. The event is a series of mile walks, jogs, or runs, once per hour. Participants can decide how many hours they wish to participate in, and at whatever speed they would like to do their miles. The goal is to raise awareness and money for the AACR, while also being a fun social event for the participants.
