Just a little about me, I have been a nurse for the last 14 years, mainly end of life home care. I have watched some families struggle with not knowing where to turn to for help. I then experienced the struggle of this personally, when I was in a accident and was unable to walk for several months. The struggle of finding the right care was challenging.
Not only do I have first hand experience of working with people whom are ill, I was also one of those people not long ago. The only difference is, that I am able to once again walk, while as opposed to aging things tend to get more difficult. Due to that we need more assistance. This not only leaves us in a difficult situation but also leaves the families as a whole, in a different place, as they are unsure of what to do.
I have worked closely with my patients as well as their families and I know exactly what to do to make aging in home manageable. People deserve to be able to stay in their home to age if they choose.
The business I developed is focused directly on making that happen. I will help seniors or those with disabilities combat loneliness and make sure they have nutritious meals, proper healthcare, and recreation.
Every penny I receive will go directly into the business. My expenses include: start up licensing and insurance, transportation, advertising, the cost of software for accounting, a professional website, as well as General supplies and office space
