They stole my dogs my business and my future. Help!

 for the first time in my entire life I thought I could actually be something. I had worked so hard to be there for my mother who had dementia and my stepfather who had an agenda. I moved up here 3 years ago clean my life up in Florida I was strung out on drugs and never been anything other than a drug addict. I moved up here to Echo Alabama and got clean over the next 3 years I realize that everyone in the house had been sick I grew a tumor on my lung I started having seizures my mother had to mention emphysema the two dogs were riddled with illness and my stepfather was slowing down as well. I discovered there was black mold throughout the entire home causing all the illness. With my stepfather doing absolutely nothing claiming to be broke and me just inheriting some money from the death of my grandma I thought here's my chance to finally do something for my mother instead of cause her problems. Over the next 10 months I would invest upwards of $30,000 and 10 months of Labor all by myself to completely renovate and remodel the home removing all black mold rodent infestation and bugs. It's during this time that I would learn that my stepfather is not what he seen that there should be thousands of dollars that are unaccounted for of my mother's money I also discover that he's living a double life. And that a lot of the Decay and ruin the house of falling into that was causing illness was directly and deliberately done by him. Once I made this known I was viciously and extremely quickly attacked and left abandon without knowing what hit me. My stepfather had sold the property out for under me and took off with my mother my mother's dementia so bad that she don't even know what's going on she doesn't even say anything about everything that I've done I had a business that I built from the ground up but woodworking business or a bill porch swings I started I borrowed a saw from the neighbor animal next thing I know it turned into a very successful business I had a 10x16 building with 20 to $30,000 in woodworking tools in it during the 10 months Loan in the woods doing a remodel knowing what I know about my father before I called him out I was struggling mentally. Reality had slipped away I didn't I wanted to wake up this had to have been a bad dream. Said this time that I was blessed to have a dog come up out of the woods in need of help in need of saving for the truth was I was the one that was needed saving and she did just that Nina came out of the woods pregnant she had nine puppies two of which I kept Dave and Buster it was Nina and Dave and Buster and myself and my building for months no one stopped by no one checked on me I just worked spent all my money on this property I was told before he sold it all then only 29 of the 35 Acres was going to go up for sale to help pay for the repairs because I'd come out of my pocket. So when the people come to look at the property I walked them through it I put on a good show and I sold it now I realizing that I sold the entire 35 which included where I lived with my mother on May 5th the dean was signed the new owners went from telling me they would help me to immediately call me and threatening me with the police and that they were going to have me arrested for trespassing and burn all my things for no reason at all I did nothing but show respect and understanding for this messed up situation I found myself in I was willing to leave and I made that perfectly clear the new owners had family that is deputy sheriff in Dallas County Sheriff's Department and for the next few days after the 5th I was harassed daily by unscheduled visits by the sheriff's department where they ran my name for no apparent reason I was constantly telling them I'm leaving I don't want these problems I'm just lost everything I don't need this on top of it my stepfather just took them off with my mother I'm broke and I just spent thousands on the home that you just bought I'm leaving please I don't want no trouble I made this perfectly clear to all the sheriffs that stop by daily harassing me on the 7th of May I was served a handwritten eviction letter signed by both the owners in the presence of their family the Dale County Sheriff Deputy. The following day and days after I was continuously harassed by the sheriff's department unexpected stop pins I constantly telling them that I'm leaving I don't want no problems on the 9th I found an RV park that would let me put my building there $500 rent and $500 to move it with a flatbed $1,000 on paid out I went back to the property to get my stuff ready to move that's when Dale County Sheriff's Department pulled back up and informed me that I was being arrested for harassing Communications a fictitious and fraudulent charge for I have every last text message or phone call I've ever made with them it was nothing but me pleading for just some understanding and letting them know that I'm leaving I never harassed anybody never threatened anyone I was taking off to the Dale County Jail before pulling out I asked to please give my puppies to the neighbors they left my building unlocked my windows down my puppies running loose and hauled me off to jail on a fake charge telling not telling me what the charge was or if I had a bond when I got to the jail I was never fingerprinted I was never read my rights I was never booked in properly I never saw a judge I was never told who had pressed charges or any of that I was told I didn't have a bond when I did I don't know how this corrupt County and the judge found out signed off on his arrest warrant or how they got away with the fact of not even booking me into the jail and just holding me against my will for 13 hours it took 13 hours for them to burn remove or steal every last thing I owned my truck was repoed I had to pay two to three hundred dollars to get that out my building that I was 3 months ahead on payments was repoed despite the fact that it was never supposed to be removed from the property because we were in the middle of an eviction process only a judge can decide that they burned thousands of dollars of wood slabs black mahogany black walnut you name it I had it and they burned it they stole my two puppies and the mom dog luckily the neighbors called and said that they were that she was theirs and they brought the mom back Nina Dave and Buster are still missing to this day I have thousands of dollars worth of woodworking tools missing planers joiners drills I had dehumidifiers air purifiers dust collection I had a TV I had all types of stuff destroyed or stolen a $3,000 solar panel setup just disappears with my dogs all my tools everything was destroyed I finally located my building and went to see what the damage for myself when I arrived on seeing the door was wide open and the windows were open as well all my stuff that was left what little there was was piled destroyed in the middle of the floor with everything slung about I then called 911 to press charges and to go get my puppies I had every right to be on that property that's where I lived I had not been evicted you cannot self help or selfie vict and the state of Alabama I have rights Sheriff Deputy Daniel King pulled up and informed me that I need to cut my losses go back to Florida and formula he he cannot go get my dogs and he cannot let me go on the property and get my stuff this is all lies and illegal my civil rights have been violated I've been done any type of way because I am let's face it I don't have nobody who cares I've never been I'm just another piece of crap in their eyes that they can get away with Robin blind and nobody's going to care and they're right nobody cares I've talked to a thousand different lawyers and despite the fact that every step of the way of what they did was illegal and I have every right and will win in court I cannot get a lawyer to represent me without money upfront because it's not a slipping fault because it's a civil matter and liens will probably get put against properties and it could take years for that to settle for the lawyer to get paid nobody wants to help me despite the fact that I'm now homeless and have been living on the street with my dog suffering ever since I have not been able to recover I've tried numerous times and every time somebody seems to kick me right back down I'm begging for help for the first time in my life I was just I was a success and I had a future and I could see nothing but good things coming my mother was proud of me I'm right back on the Street Homeless struggling like in Florida only this time I'm completely sober and it was the sheriff's department that put me here along with the vindictive Christian folks that wanted to help me that's what they said that is I went to church with these people I prayed with these people I was respectful to these people there was no reason I did nothing to deserve this and I'm begging please help please help me pay for a lawyer I want nothing more than one is mine I don't want to sit more than what was taken from me I'm not in this to get what is not mine I just want what is mine I work so hard for it was the first time that I'd ever had anything in my life is the first time I was ever not depressed it's the first time I never thought of it in my life I thought about that every day since I don't know what I did to deserve that I stood up from my mother that's all I did please help me
