A B2B platform where business owners, contractors, trade workers, and service providers can list & review their experiences dealing with customers while servicing their property. Web & Mobile App Development(Android+IOS)
The idea came about after a rather unfortunate scenario. I am a solo entrepreneur who started a lawn care business in 2022. After servicing a property obtained through an aggregator app, I got "stiffed" by the customer despite receiving many words of appreciation and praise from them after completion. I had maintained contact with them for several days after providing their service in attempt to work out a payment solution, but they soon stopped responding to my messages & calls, and neither the aggregator platform nor myself have been able to reach them since. They had used a prepaid or soon-to-expire card to put on file when signing up, so upon discovering that, it instantly became clear what their initial intentions were, and that I was not going to be paid for servicing their property.
As a tradesman myself, I am a member of various Facebook groups where others share their experiences while working at a customer's property. I noticed that whenever someone would share a negative experience, others would comment wishing there was a way to publicly share that information on one searchable platform. Subsequently, a tradesman could search the address and find out how a customer treated another worker who previously serviced the property. This would allow workers to adequately prepare for various scenarios as well as plan accordingly for any interactions/transactions.
As consumers and customers, there are platforms that allow us to review and share our experiences about a company we have hired, interacted with, or done business with, and I believe that a B2B platform which flips that scenario will be an extremely valuable asset to any business or tradesperson traveling to a customer's property to provide their respective service.
This platform will also double as a dated service record for the posted property when the contractor lists the work performed/completed (or not) in the description of their experience.
