Hey Parents and friends of Mrs. Armanini students, -past and present! Mrs. Armanini has decided to retire at the end of this year after 28 years at Wade Thomas - By my math she has impacted over 1000 young lives, each with her special blend of love, support and humor. Please help us honor her, the way she honored our children by donating generously for a cash gift and a commemorative bench and plaque to be enjoyed by students for years to come.
A fellow Wade Thomas Dad will be building a robust and safe, 40 year bench on the lower yard at Wade Thomas. The tree surround bench will also have a commemorative plaque. The bench will not only commermate Patty's years of dedicated service but be a useful and shaded group study area. All funds will go to construction and any excess (hopefully) will go in the form of a cash gift for Patty. Building the bench itself will run at least $1200, and we're hoping to keep the costs down by having a few helpers.
